Shipping Times
All of our products can be ordered either Blank or individually personalized. We strive to complete and ship all orders as quickly as possible regardles of whether or not they have customization.
Blank Orders (no personalization)
Shipping blank items can be done in a more expedited manner as we do eliminate some steps in the process. For blank items, we will ship your order within just a day or 2 from either our facility in Green Bay, WI or we may opt to send the item directly to you from the manufacturer and/or distributor of the product. This enables us to ship your blank order within just 24 to 48 hours in almost every case. There are rare circumstances that can prevent us from fullfilling this timeline in every case, such as backorders, holidays, and other unforeseen occurances at our shop or our suppliers facility. We do pride ourselves in having a near 100% success rate on these type of orders.
Personalized Orders
For orders that include items that will be individually personalized, we cannot simply pull a product from the shelf and send it out as soon as we receive your order. Instead, we need to send the product to production, complete the personalization, and then ship it out to you. Also, in order to offer a wide variety of products for you to choose from, we do not always stock every item in our inventory. Therefore, many items are ordered from our suppliers when we receive your order. With those two points in mind, we make every effort to get your order out as soon as possible, usually within 5-7 business days. Please understand that this timeframe is not a guarantee, as some things are out of our control. We do, on occasion, run into backorders from suppliers or find ourselves waiting on products.
Main Shipping Method
We ship to all locations within the United States including Hawaii, Alaska, the U.S. territories and APO's . Shipments outside the U.S. can be made and shipping quotes will be made on a case by case basis. Please call for rates outside the U.S. Most shipments will be shipped via UPS ground or USPS. Shipping times to most locations in the United States are 1 to 5 business days. Upon shipment of your order, you should receive an email indicating that your products are on the way.
Shipping Costs
Shipping cost will vary from order to order and can be previewed in the shopping cart previous to checkout. Charges will vary for orders requiring expedited shipping methods such as Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air and will be quoted on an individual basis. Rush Orders
As stated above, our normal shipping time is approximately 1-2 business days for blank items and 5-7 business days for personalized. However, we can expedite some orders in order to meet some deadline or event date. Each rush order request will be looked at individually to determine if we can honor the request.
